Job Summary
Focusing on the development and execution of sales training and product launch support for Obesity and Related Conditions, the full-time remote Training and Development Director will lead a team to design high-impact training programs, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure readiness for successful product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement training initiatives aligned with organizational strategies
- Plan and lead large-scale initiatives by collaborating with US and Global leadership
- Establish relationships with external leadership entities and customer groups to enhance training effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Doctorate degree with 4 years of business experience, or Master's degree with 8 years, or Bachelor's degree with 10 years of business experience
- 4 years of managerial experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and building relationships at all organizational levels
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to engage and network with internal and external partners in relevant communities
