Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training, Onboarding & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize, manage, facilitate, and measure the efficacy of the onboarding program for new hires
  • Assess gaps and opportunities to improve rep effectiveness and develop training initiatives
  • Collaborate with Outreach leadership to tailor initiatives to team needs and identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement
  • Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and execute tasks in a timely manner
