Job Summary
A company is looking for a Training, Onboarding & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize, manage, facilitate, and measure the efficacy of the onboarding program for new hires
- Assess gaps and opportunities to improve rep effectiveness and develop training initiatives
- Collaborate with Outreach leadership to tailor initiatives to team needs and identify optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales enablement
- Experience in a fast-paced behavioral health or mission-driven organization is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and execute tasks in a timely manner
