Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Providing training and technical support, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will develop and deliver training for ALMIS and 1-Log Portal users, conduct quality assurance data reviews, and support maintenance policy reviews for the United States Coast Guard Aviation Logistics Center.

Key responsibilities

• Provide ALMIS functionality training to users
• Conduct maintenance policy and user publication reviews
• Offer field unit and customer support to sustain current and future users

Required qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years' experience in USCG aeronautical/naval engineering practices
• Minimum five (5) years' experience with aircraft, cutter/boat
• Minimum five (5) years of ALMIS/EAL/DSS experience
• Minimum two (2) years of instructing or providing classroom training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Live Meeting
