Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a Training and Development Specialist or in a related role
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs using various instructional techniques
• Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
• Experience in developing training materials and coordinating training sessions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
