Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training and Development Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of Student Service Advisors (SSAs) through training sessions and individualized coaching
• Support the Office of Student Success Leadership Team with technological advancements and process improvements
• Develop and maintain training materials and assess training effectiveness for advising-related skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree preferred
• Two or more years of experience as an academic advisor strongly preferred
• Familiarity with adult education and academic environments
• High technology proficiency, including Microsoft products
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English preferred
