Job Summary
Partnering closely with leadership, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will assess organizational needs, provide one-on-one coaching across all levels, and build impactful training programs to enhance performance and accountability within the company.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify skill and capability gaps and develop a targeted development roadmap
- Lead one-on-one coaching sessions with individual contributors, managers, and directors to improve performance and accountability
- Design and implement training programs, including a manager development curriculum and new hire orientation, while establishing a Learning Management System
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent enablement, or executive coaching
- Proven track record of leading live training sessions and one-on-one coaching engagements
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and translating findings into actionable development plans
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with selecting or implementing Learning Management Systems is a strong plus
