Job Summary
Facilitating virtual instructor-led training sessions, the full-time Training and Development Specialist will evaluate learner progress, assist in developing training materials, and manage training activities for new hires and existing contact center associates.
Key responsibilities
- Present training content using various instructional techniques, including role-playing and group discussions
- Evaluate learner progress through assessments and hands-on practice while facilitating virtual classroom sessions across multiple time zones
- Collaborate with instructional designers to update training materials and participate in work groups to identify knowledge gaps
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2+ years of relevant experience in training and development
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and training measurement techniques
- Proficiency with virtual classroom software and Microsoft applications
- Strong classroom management skills and emotional intelligence
