Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on instructional design and development, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will create, deliver, and oversee technical training, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive instructor-led and web-based training materials
• Manage relationships with stakeholders while overseeing training design, development, deployment, and evaluation
• Lead project teams in creating and revising training content, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Required qualifications:

• University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in instructional design within a corporate environment
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and a portfolio demonstrating software competence
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and familiarity with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office
• Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA
• Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
