Training and Development Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on instructional design and development, the full-time remote Training and Development Specialist will create, deliver, and oversee technical training, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop engaging learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop instructor-led and web-based training using advanced software tools
• Manage relationships with stakeholders while leading project teams in the creation and revision of training materials
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements throughout the training process

Required qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in instructional design within a large corporate environment
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and a portfolio demonstrating relevant software competence
• Advanced skills in Articulate Storyline and fundamental skills with Adobe applications and Microsoft Office
• Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or LLAMA
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
