Training and Education Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Education Consultant to support the development and success of participants in a national training program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with field leadership to deliver the national training experience
• Facilitate foundational training program sessions and support ongoing learner development
• Collaborate with the National Training team to evolve and maintain the training experience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in business, adult education, communications, or marketing, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience developing and delivering training programs
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet aggressive deadlines
• Demonstrated initiative and organizational skills
• Experience working effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization
