Job Summary

Driving learning initiatives, the full-time remote Training and Education Director will develop and implement a global training strategy, oversee curriculum development, and manage the delivery of training programs to enhance employee performance and align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global training and education strategy that aligns with business objectives
• Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of training curricula and materials for various departments
• Manage the delivery of training programs through diverse methods, ensuring cultural relevance and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Four to ten years of industry experience in marketing consumer goods, with executive experience preferred
• Proven ability to teach and train publicly to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills to interpret business documents and data
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts relevant to training metrics
• Experience in problem-solving with limited standardization in various situations
