Training and Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance client engagement and product adoption, the remote, full-time Training and Enablement Specialist will design and deliver various training experiences, manage internal training requests, and analyze training metrics to improve content effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver live training webinars and partner-sponsored client sessions across Mitratech HR Solutions
• Develop asynchronous training content, including eLearning courses, instructional videos, and support articles
• Manage an internal training request queue, prioritizing and ensuring timely delivery of training materials and support

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, instructional design, customer success, or a related role
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs to diverse audiences
• Proficient oral communication and presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large virtual audiences
• Experience with Zoom Webinars or similar virtual training platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
