Job Summary
To build exceptional employee experiences, the full-time Training and HR Specialist will lead virtual onboarding and training programs, design and improve training materials, and manage compliance training while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate engaging virtual onboarding and employee training programs
- Design and continuously improve training programs and onboarding processes aligned with business goals
- Coordinate company-wide compliance training programs and maintain accurate records for audit readiness
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proven experience delivering virtual instructor-led training and developing engaging learning content
- Strong analytical skills with experience in creating reports and measuring training effectiveness
- Working knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and compliance training
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
