Training and Instructional Design Specialist

Job Summary

Training and Instructional Design Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning solutions for new and existing associates within the Service Delivery department.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training curricula using various instructional methods and media
• Partner with subject matter experts to assess training needs and create impactful course content
• Facilitate new hire and ongoing training programs while continuously evaluating and enhancing training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems Design, Educational Technology, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or process development
• Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• Experience with lesson planning and curriculum development
• Proficiency with course development tools and at least one Learning Management System (LMS)
