Training and Knowledge Enablement Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and continuous improvement of training programs, the remote Training and Knowledge Enablement Manager will design training plans, facilitate workshops, and manage knowledge assets to support product launches and upskill customer-facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement training plans aligned with product launches and team development needs
• Translate complex policies into clear guides while maintaining version control of training materials
• Develop onboarding programs that enhance new hire readiness and monitor agent performance for training opportunities

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role with experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management
• Proficiency with content management systems and version control practices
• Strong ability to simplify complex information for user-friendly presentation
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in customer support or healthcare environments
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
