Job Summary
Owning the onboarding strategy and execution, the full-time remote Training and Onboarding Manager will lead a team of trainers, design structured ramp programs, and ensure effective learning experiences that enhance new team members' proficiency in a compassionate oncology care environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive time-to-proficiency outcomes by owning the onboarding program and defining clear milestones for new hires
- Design and manage structured ramp programs that balance clinical knowledge and on-the-job application
- Lead and develop a team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and performance support
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in training, learning and development, or onboarding program management
- Proven track record of designing effective ramp and onboarding programs with measurable outcomes
- Experience managing and developing a team of trainers and instructional designers
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence partners across various teams
- Creative approach to training delivery, with experience piloting new training modalities and evaluating their impact
