Job Summary

To support federal geospatial systems, the full-time remote Training and Outreach Specialist will develop training plans, facilitate webinars, and create user guides while translating complex technical workflows into accessible materials for users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop training plans and schedules for federal stakeholders
• Facilitate internal and external webinars and hands-on training sessions
• Create outreach materials and user guides, ensuring clarity and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree
• 7 years of experience training federal stakeholders on geospatial systems
• Strong instructional design and public outreach skills
• Ability to translate technical workflows into user-friendly guidance
• Experience providing specialized consulting services in GIS and technical direction
