Key Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training and education programs related to performance improvement initiatives
• Participates in system upgrades and collaborates with various departments to enhance workflows and processes
• Conducts audits and quality assurance oversight to ensure compliance with policies and high-quality practice standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Two years of related experience in health care billing, reimbursement, or scheduling
• Experience with revenue cycle systems and knowledge of billing and reimbursement processes
• Demonstrated ability to train others and strong interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented with flexibility in scheduling
