Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Support Specialist to empower customers through self-service resources and responsive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Help Desk articles and onboarding guides
  • Provide frontline customer support and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Collaborate with teams to identify training gaps and enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a SaaS customer support or training content role
  • Experience using Pendo, Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms or content authoring tools is a plus
  • Experience in fitness, healthcare, or SaaS platforms is preferred
