Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Assessment Manager (Sales Associate).

• Understand and communicate training program offerings and modalities
• Guide students through career assessments and advise on educational pathways
• Manage prospect databases and assist students with enrollment and financing options

Required Qualifications:

• Entry-level position with a strong customer-service mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM experience, particularly with SalesForce
• Marketing experience preferred, including familiarity with Canva
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
