Job Summary

To support a growing educational initiative, the full-time remote Training Assessment Manager will assess student needs, guide them through career pathways, and manage sales processes related to training and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand and communicate all training program offerings and modalities
  • Guide students through career assessments and advise on financial assistance options
  • Manage prospect databases, conduct follow-ups, and maintain accurate documentation
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM experience with SalesForce
  • Marketing experience, particularly with Canva, is preferred
  • Strong customer-service mindset and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Enthusiasm for helping people succeed through education and training
