Job Summary
To support the Department of Homeland Security's mission, the full-time remote Training Assistant will manage scheduling, logistics, and data entry for training programs, ensuring that national border security agents receive effective training and support services.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the registration, scheduling, and logistics for AMO personnel training
- Act as a central point of contact between students, instructors, and external training vendors
- Update, verify, and archive electronic student training records within official systems
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background suitability check
- Experience in customer service and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
