Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Associate to provide learning and development support to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and develop plans to address them in collaboration with management
• Update and organize training materials and deliver training sessions in various formats
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree with a focus on adult learning principles preferred
• 1 to 2 years of training experience
• Knowledge of insurance, investment products, and/or banking preferred
