Training Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Associate to design and deliver training programs for Community Health Workers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for Community Health Workers focused on member engagement and care coordination
• Create and maintain training materials that reflect real CHW scenarios to ensure consistency across the team
• Collaborate with CHW managers to identify training gaps and improve programs based on feedback and performance data

Required Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in training, education, or enablement, preferably with community-based teams
• Experience working with Community Health Workers or similar roles
• Strong facilitation skills to create interactive and accessible training sessions
• Experience in Medicaid/Medi-Cal or community-based care models
