Training Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a North American Programs Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain training curriculum for Regional Coordinators, including onboarding and ongoing programming
• Collaborate with the North America Programs Manager to integrate training into the onboarding process and ensure completion rates
• Oversee a rewards-based incentive program to encourage student coordinator engagement and monitor activity submissions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in training, curriculum development, education, or a related field
• Strong understanding of classical-liberal and pro-liberty principles
• Proven ability to design and deliver training content for diverse audiences
• High integrity, humility, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools
