Training Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Associate focused on delivering training experiences for the Strata platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training experiences for the Strata platform
• Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs
• Produce and maintain training content, including presentations and e-learning assets

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in instructional design and familiarity with e-learning development tools
• Ability to apply adult learning principles and instructional design standards
• Experience in measuring training effectiveness through reporting and feedback
