Job Summary

Providing essential administrative and operational support for training programs, the salaried Training Center Coordinator will coordinate logistics, manage training documentation, and ensure a smooth trainee experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate logistics for enterprise-wide training, including lodge occupancy and travel assignments for Training Managers
  • Manage training documentation and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and related databases
  • Oversee procurement activities, including processing Purchase Orders and tracking training-related expenses
Required qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Training & Development, or a related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, or LMS preferred
  • Knowledge of purchase order processing and expense tracking preferred
