Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training/Change Management Coordinator, Procure to Pay (P2P).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a scalable training program for P2P-related systems and methodologies
  • Deliver a comprehensive communication program and manage the department website
  • Promote the P2P structure by enhancing customer and supplier experiences
Required Qualifications
  • B.A./B.S. in business, finance, accounting, management, nonprofit administration, or public administration
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with html-based website publishing software, preferably Word Press
  • Experience in a Procure to Pay function with exposure to relevant eProcurement systems is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
