Key Responsibilities

• Support the buildout and execution of the training function within the Enterprise Change and Transformation Office
• Collaborate with team members to develop training content and communications for technology changes
• Create effective training packages and develop targeted communications for various audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in consulting, project management, or training-related roles
• Understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies
• Experience in developing training content for large stakeholder groups
• Preferred experience in financial services or agency environments
