Training Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Consultant to design, develop, and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams
• Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Training Consultant or similar role in the healthcare or technology industry
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
