Job Summary

To support the expansion of automotive technology solutions, the full-time remote Training & Implementation Consultant will deliver training, implement software solutions, and assist dealerships in maximizing the value of the Pinewood.AI platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and support for system deployments in automotive retail environments
• Engage with stakeholders to facilitate operational change and enhance customer success
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of software solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail, dealership operations, or software implementation
• Knowledge of Variable Operations (Sales, F&I, CRM) or Fixed Operations (Service, Parts, Aftersales)
• Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging stakeholders
• Ability to deliver training both remotely and on-site
• Self-motivated with a genuine interest in technology and customer success
