Training Consultant

Job Summary

Providing comprehensive training solutions, the full-time remote Design & Delivery Consultant IV will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff while ensuring curriculum accuracy and enhancing end-user proficiency across multiple applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Designs and develops training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness
• Facilitates collaboration among cross-functional teams to address training needs and improve operational workflows
• Provides ongoing support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing end-user issues and enhancing system proficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
• Proficiency in eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
