Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support during system updates and go-lives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs, including curricula and supporting materials, tailored to business unit goals
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor training effectiveness to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users, addressing system issues and enhancing proficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation techniques
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
