Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, develop training content, and ensure effective application of system enhancements.

Key responsibilities:

• Designs and develops training programs, including curricula and training aids, to meet business objectives
• Provides end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades while monitoring user proficiency
• Conducts needs assessments and evaluates training effectiveness to improve learning outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
