Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, develop training content, and evaluate program effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor training effectiveness to improve end-user proficiency
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to address training-related issues and enhance program delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMSs) administration is a plus
