Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time salaried Training Consultant IV will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on operational workflows and application enhancements while providing ongoing support during system go-lives and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training content and curricula, ensuring alignment with business unit goals
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to meet business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training solutions and address performance feedback

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) preferred
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training program development
