Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will develop and implement training programs for technical staff, focusing on curriculum design, end-user support during system updates, and evaluating training effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training content and materials for various learning methods, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, addressing performance feedback and system issues
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor training effectiveness to support continuous improvement and stakeholder engagement

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years in a directly related field
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and experience in program development and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is desirable
