Training Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support during system upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Conduct needs assessments to evaluate training requirements and monitor the effectiveness of training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and solve complex training-related issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight (8) years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) preferred
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
