Training Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance technical training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on curriculum development, end-user support, and optimizing application enhancements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content while ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing system proficiency and issues
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure business needs are met
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) preferred
