Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, develop training content, and support end-users during system implementations and upgrades.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials and curricula to ensure alignment with business objectives and effective learning outcomes
• Provide training and support to end-users during application go-lives and upgrades, addressing system issues and enhancing user proficiency
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years of related experience
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
