Training Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support during system go-lives and upgrades.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to meet organizational objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and improve training delivery methods
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
- Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
- Strong skills in program development and quality assurance processes
