Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring the incorporation of application enhancements and supporting end-user proficiency during system updates and go-lives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and develop training materials and curricula, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to address performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide training support and resolve complex issues

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight years in a directly related field
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and training methodologies
