Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and implement classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training programs for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support during system updates and go-lives.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to address performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and solve complex problems related to training delivery

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in adult learning theory and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies is preferred
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMSs) administration is a plus
