Training Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, ensuring effective incorporation of application enhancements and supporting end-user proficiency during system updates and go-lives.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
- Evaluate training needs and monitor the effectiveness of training programs to meet organizational objectives
- Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and improve training delivery
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight (8) years in a related field
- Proven experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies
- Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs)
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
