Training Consultant IV
Job Summary
To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, develop training content, and evaluate training effectiveness while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and develop training materials and curricula for various learning methods
- Conduct needs assessments and monitor the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide end-user support during system updates and application go-lives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation
- Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies
- Strong skills in program development and relationship building
