Training Consultant IV

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time remote Training Consultant IV will design and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, focusing on application enhancements and end-user support during system updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs and curricula, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to improve stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and facilitate team collaboration

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation, or eight years in a directly related field
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
