Training Consultant IV, Oregon

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery for technical staff, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Software/System Application Training will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training, while leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows to support application enhancements and improve end-user proficiency remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to address performance issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and evaluation
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and curriculum development
• Strong relationship-building and consulting skills
