Training Consultant IV, Oregon

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Software/System Application Training will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff while ensuring curriculum accuracy and supporting application enhancements remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and provide support during system go-lives and upgrades
• Document validation processes and assist in troubleshooting information systems-related issues for end-users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
