Training Consultant IV, Oregon Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and curriculum development, the full-time Design & Delivery Consultant IV, Oregon Licensed will provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff, leveraging advanced knowledge of products and operational workflows while supporting organizational strategic initiatives remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training content, ensuring curriculum accuracy and alignment with business goals
• Conduct needs assessments and monitor training effectiveness to improve end-user proficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance feedback and implement training improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMSs) administration preferred
