Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Content Developer for a remote opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and craft high-quality, engaging learning materials and trainings for educators
• Adhere to the department style guide and ensure all content is copyedited and clean
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and represent the Educational Content team in corporate initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or Elementary Education required; Master's preferred
• Experience teaching in a child care setting and understanding of curriculum design
• Expertise in adult learning principles and ability to run projects from concept to implementation
• Growth mindset, willing to learn various delivery methods and technology platforms for digital content delivery
• Proactive, flexible, and responsive to timelines
